These guys have been fair with me.. They never tried to pad the bill with anything. The only thing I have had an issue with is the emissions update recall. It caused problems with running when cold and my remote start no longer works. I took it in and they did what they could to no avail. This was not the dealership, this was Kia. The update is bad. The service department at this location is aweful, and they are truthful at all. We brought our kia sportage here, to find out why our airbag light went on. We received a message telling us the cost and we declined both seravices. We then called to find our when we could pick up the vechicle, that went everything when downhill from there. If I could give zero stars, I would. The service dept is abysmal! No appts for 2 weeks and ghosting me when I try to call back. Not a way to do business. They jump out of the walls to sell you a car but once you own it, they don’t care one bit.
We purchased an extended warranty on our Kia Sportage when we lived in Las Vegas. Each time we have gone to MB Kia, they tell us we don't have warranty. Even suggesting we may have a " dealer warranty". That is for used cars! Terrible service department.
I was very positive about this dealership for the first 4 years I had my Sorento. However, the last 2-3 experiences with the service department have changed my view. I was having a problem with the car going into Auto A/C mode without my intervention and the air being blown in was not cooled. I could not turn the mode off nor change to recycle mode. They could care less about customer service. They only care about money. Purchased a LEMON from them. They wouldn’t allow any of the warranties to cover my vehicle. I had to contact corporate to help me after my engine bearings started leaking. The dealership is now backtracking all their statements. Do not trust them!!!

If I could do a negative rating, I would. My 2021 telluride came in for service 3 weeks after we bought it. At first, they thought it was a transmission. It was still under warranty. After a week, they discovered that it was an axle. I was visiting from out of town so after 10 days, they let me get a loaner vehicle. They replaced the CV boot and it took three weeks.

How do you value a man whose words are aligned with their actions? You don’t, those men are priceless. I had the pleasure of dealing with Sales Associate Kevin Shelton and GM Matt Bazinet. My situation was challenging to say the least. Both collaborated and did more for me than I expected anyone would to help me and give me the best results possible. It’s one thing to just say that you care about your customers. But people don’t forget when you show them, and how that makes them feel.
